Complete Training and Assessment Ltd is a specialist provider of health and social care training, qualifications and consultancy services. Founded by Karon Goodman and Jo Oldfield in 2013 and based in Middleton, Manchester, the company has established its reputation as providing the highest standard of training services accessible to the UK health and social care sector.
We provide a great range of mandatory training courses and specialist training courses and are well experienced in developing bespoke training courses to fulfil the needs of our clients. We also specialise in providing a Complete package of services including training needs analysis, compliance reports, competency assessments, mock inspections, consultancy and action planning. We are flexible to deliver all of this at any locations and any times around the clock seven days a week to suit your needs.
We have great on-site training facilities including class-based training rooms and an exclusive practical and fully equipped training facility at our Middleton office. The facilities are also available for commercial hire.

Karon has over 25 years experience in assessment and training for both funded and commercial qualifications. Karon is responsible for the strategic management of all activities as well as driving forward the quality and compliance and ensuring that all learners have a positive experience. Karon is also responsible for creating plans and schedules that are bespoke to each individual employer as well as monitoring and reporting. Karon also has a small caseload of learners that she supports and is active in training.

Jo has over 25 years experience in the Health and Social care sector and is passionate about training staff to a high standard to enable the end user to have a better quality of life. Jo is responsible for creating bespoke training packages for clients to meet their needs as well as ensuring that all training is delivered with quality materials in an innovative way. Jo is also responsible for the strategic management of all activities as well as delivering training
Training Co-Ordinator & Creative Development
Janet has worked in the Health and Social Care sector for over 30 years and has a vast experience of supporting learners to achieve their full potential. Janet has a small caseload of learners and provides support to the delivery team through IQA activity, one to ones and quality assurance processes to ensure that the quality systems are being met. Janet is also responsible for employer and learner engagement, quality assurance of assessment and standardisation of practices, management of the assessor team and supervisions and development of staff. Managing profiles and exceeding retention and completion rates.
Nate is responsible for booking and co-ordinating trainers and courses, monitoring attendances, learner engagement, reporting on statistics, managing training data and the producing and distribution of certificates. Nate also provides support to her colleagues in the training department and is the first point of contact for all queries relating to training activity. Nate also has specialist skills in ICT, which is used for creating and updating the company website along with social media and creating, editing and producing videos to enhance training experiences. Nate is also the key point of contact for first aid as well as hospitality
Learning and Development Facilitator
Coral is responsible for the processing of all paperwork in relation to funded contracts – this includes employer and learner engagement, attending employer sites and completing H&S and sign up paperwork, managing the learners on I-Learner, booking and monitoring of external assessments and ensuring all paperwork is audit inspection ready. Coral also provides support to her colleagues in the operations department and is also the first point of contact for learner support Coral is also the key point of contact for Health and safety and first aid
Adam is responsible for delivering training to groups either on site or on customer premises maintaining an inclusive manner, ensuring best practice and standardisation is followed. When Adam isn't out training, he is updating course material and resources needed for upcoming sessions. Adam has 10 years experience in the care industry and is passionate about face-to-face delivery to ensure best practice is followed.
Trisha is responsible for supporting all members of the team and providing support including scanning and filing of all paperwork and ensuring audit requirements are met. Trisha is also responsible for issuing certificates and learner engagement as well as ensuring that the e-portfolio is maintained and that learners have access to resources to support their learning.
Andrew is responsible for supporting the operations department by assisting with the submission of paperwork to the contractors in a timely manner, ensuring all paperwork is pitch perfect. Andrew assists with the paperwork required to meet contractual targets and deadlines.
Joanne is responsible for supporting the operations department by assisting with the booking of external assessments, and facilitating the paperwork on completion to ensure there is a full audit trail. Joanne is also responsible for updating and maintaining the ICQ system by uploading learner work, evidence, certificates, reviews and paperwork as required. Joanne assists with filing, photocopying and scanning.
Ian is our Site Officer who takes pride in ensuring our building is well presented, clean and tidy. He will do anything to help and will always give a very warm welcome.
