Make and Bake
It has been noticed in our shopping trolleys and online shopping that there is less availability for basic ingredients like flour and yeast. Families are going back to basics making dishes from scratch. There is discussion emerging that we may rekindle the recipes we used to follow and remember what grandma used to make. For others it’s a way to keep busy, work together as a family and start to make meal times a focal point to the day. Times have changed and continue to change. We seem to be adapting and may be using skills previously less practiced.
